Today's total distance is a bit misleading; about 55 of those miles are on ferry. Sure, that still leaves 100+ miles of riding... but 160 would be insane. Regardless, it'll be a pretty long day and I won't get to my accommodation until evening, probably. I won't be doing any sightseeing, but I'm actually going to a wedding near New Bedford in July (which I'm getting to by bike), so hopefully I simply won't need so see it again.

Considering how coastal and thin the cape is, the hills are remarkably steep, though not very tall. Still, I may try to rework my route to be less hilly for my own sake. If I've been finding that ~100+ mile days are really quite tough, I can always skip the Cape and go straight to New Bedford, about 60 miles. It's a ride I've done before and wasn't bad at all. I've only been to the Cape once though, so I'm hoping to push through it.
